I spent seven years as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Buro Happold, a global engineering firm, working alongside both technical and operational leadership to deliver long-term recruitment strategies that hired and retained staff across the business.

Prior to this in-house experience, I worked in both recruitment agency and executive search and people operations.  

Collectively I have more than 20 years' experience helping organisations attract, engage and retain high-performing people, predominantly within the UK, but also the United States, mainland Europe, India, and the Middle East.  This has given me a broad commercial perspective and the ability to tailor solutions to different business environments.

Building on that experience, I setup APF Resourcing to support small to medium sized consultancies with their recruitment and growth plans.  At the core of this support and my approach is communication- I believe in providing regular communication and feedback throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
