Nick Grant spent seven rewarding years working as a Talent Acquisition Manager for a global engineering firm, working alongside both technical and operational leadership to shape recruitment processes, and deliver long-term hiring strategies that resulted in successfully scaling multi-disciplinary teams across the business.
Nick has founded APF Resourcing to now support small to medium sized UK civil engineering consultancies with their recruitment and growth plans.
Prior to Nick's in-house engineering experience, he has experience working in recruitment agency and an executive search firm within engineering and urban planning, as well as a People Operations Manager role for a small consultancy responsible for guiding them through a period of growth. Nick also holds qualifications in Marketing and Change Management.
